I’m Luana, Romanian, living in Copenhagen. I’m mostly self-taught as a photographer. Somewhere along the way I also graduated from a photography school in Sibiu, but most of what I know came from going out with a camera and seeing what came back.

The work splits roughly three ways: black and white nocturnes, studies of shadow and figure, and colour pieces pushed past the point of documenting anything. Before photography I studied Chinese and English literature in Sibiu and Nanjing, and I worked as a creative writer for a while.

Project Manager and Team Leader with a track record of delivering high-impact projects across telecom and enterprise software.

I connect teams, manage competing workloads and keep delivery aligned with business objectives, translating easily between technical and commercial stakeholders. Project Manager

The Access Group
  • Managed IT projects within wider transformation programmes covering infrastructure, data, system migrations and tooling innovation.
  • Acted as the central interface between the core project team and stakeholders across the business, including senior management, technical and engineering leads, developers and customer-facing colleagues.
  • Built AI-powered tools that supported the PM function and the wider team: cross-workstream progress tracking, automated reporting, and a Lessons Learnt tool mapping how risks, issues and dependencies had affected previous projects so future programmes could pre-empt them.
  • Designed and maintained interactive project landing pages for two programmes, giving stakeholders a live, self-serve view of trajectory, milestones and blockers and reducing time spent chasing status updates.
  • Drove adoption of a business-critical internal tool as part of a high-priority, company-wide initiative: built and ran a training network of 60+ sessions across departments, engaging 200+ stakeholders and reaching full enablement within 3 months, which unlocked the next major phase of the programme.
  • Ran delivery end to end in Asana while extending standard PM practice with custom tooling and AI agents, cutting manual admin and keeping reporting current without added overhead.
  • Owned RAID management, governance documentation and stage reporting across concurrent workstreams, keeping risks and dependencies visible at programme level.
  • Standardised reporting templates and delivery cadence, making project status consistent and comparable across the portfolio.

Lessons Learnt tool

A shared hub where the whole team stores lessons from their projects, browses everyone else’s and finds ones worth applying to their own. Syncs with Asana, OneDrive and personal storage, with filters by category. Each lesson is tracked through impact and actual implementation, so the team can judge whether it should carry into future projects. Upload the raw text and the AI does the structuring.

Live product roadmap

Tracked one of the company’s flagship products from idea to implementation. It looked like an actual road, complete with cars and spaceships. Every symbol and animation could be clicked to open a full explanation of that phase. Updated itself automatically from the product’s Asana tracker.

Programme complexity chart

An automated map of a new programme made up of six projects. It showed how the workstreams depend on each other, with a Gantt view across all six, a live roadmap for the whole programme and a RAID log showing which risks could surface and how they interact. Everything clickable, so a complex programme became something people could actually read.

Automated technical sheets

Took the engineering team’s architecture diagrams and translated them into plain terms, giving senior management a bird’s-eye view of what a project means technically. Re-syncs whenever a new diagram or data lands in the project’s central drive.
